We are working on this part. Will be done soon!

This is Vivek.
He is becoming a sustainable consumer recently and is buying more sustainable products from various brands.

Let's ask more people about this.
User Survey Insights

However, he is facing various problems while ordering sustainable products online.

Let's dive deeper...
What is the problem?
Where does this problem occur?
When does this problem occur?
Why does this problem occur?
Who is affected by this problem?
Environmentally conscious consumers that want sustainable products but often cannot or have to hassle for it.
This problem occurs in various countries, but my main focus is India.
This is a problem that has come up in recent times, as only recently companies are adopting a sustainable approach to production.
This problem occurs because various sustainable companies sell their products only on their sites and less on popular e commerce stores.
The companies that produce sustainable products and the consumers who want to consume them.
How many sustainable goals can be achieved if we solve this problem?
Three.
SDG 9-
Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. Solving the problems of sustainable companies will further develop and push sustainable industry and infrastructure.
SDG 12-
Responsible Consumption and Production. Pushing sustainable products forward will push sustainable consumption by consumers and in turn will cause companies to produce more sustainable products.
SDG 17-
Partnerships for the goals. Efficient partnership between sustainable companies and sustainable consumers for further achievement of other sustainable goals.
Another valid problem.
Let's make user personas of Shefali and Vivek to know their pain points better.

Ok! Let's map some data.

Alright! I think we got enough insights.
Let's dive into the exciting part... Ideation!

What features do you want in the app?

Insights
The target audience can be differentiated into two categories:
- Those who really value sustainability and are ready to spend more for a truly sustainable product.
- Those who are open to buying sustainable products, but ones that are affordable, as they value price.
Many people are somewhat aware of sustainable brands and their products but have still not explored a vast section of the sustainability market.
People don't want to navigate multiple apps and websites for buying multiple sustainable products and would prefer every product on a single platform (like Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
The audience that really values sustainability also values authenticity and honesty from sustainable brands regarding their products.

How Might We...
Develop a sustainable platform that shows authenticity of the product/company to the consumer?
Sustainability Rating System:
Develop a rating system or labeling scheme to categorize products based on their sustainability. This can be a numerical or color-coded system, with higher numbers or colors representing higher sustainability levels.
Display detailed product information, including the sustainability features, on each product page. Ensure transparency by clearly explaining how the sustainability ratings are determined.
Certifications:
Display certfications of organisations like Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Centre for Sustainable Development (CSD), etc for verification of authenticity.
That was fun! Let's work on the app now.

Based on the HMW statements above, I came up with some unique features that will differentiate our sustainable e-commerce app from other e-commerce platforms.
