I chose this direction because when I started listening to the song, the lyrics seemed to tell me a story, which I thought would be an interesting part to animate.

I have chosen a simple minimalist visual style for this motion graphic. I have chosen black and white as the major colors for the motion graphic as black represents darkness, which can be switched to white, the color of light. It has an upbeat tone, similar to the tone of the song.
